Thinking of leaving, just feel a bit flat just now, dont know what to do, its been a bit of a year for me, maybe just take a break. You dont know what you have until its not there, so in a muddle. Just like to say to my friends, thanks for seeing me through my difficult times.

the worst thing you can do when you are down is isolate yourself talk to some one talk to us here that's what we are here for bud.. you will get over it.

If you have friends here who have helped see you though trying times, why would you want to abandon that? There are people here that will say they care and they truly do and others who say they care and don’t really mean it, navigating that can be a challenge when there is nothing else going on let alone trying to deal with it when things are not good. I have at times thought about leaving but after thinking about it my best choice was to stay and limit my interactions on here for a while and in the long run you should do what you think is in YOUR best interest. I hope what ever you decide helps, best wishes to you.

I wanted to leave two months ago a good friend left this site and tryed to take his life i was down scott like you now and i am glad i stayed got new friends on here and my friend he is getting better now

WHAT???? We Scottish don't quite - I'm a bit down too. Physical issues and my BF and I broke up a day ago. Times can get HARD but it's our friends who help us through it. Message and we'll chat.
