Not sure about other countries - and I am sure Davey1965 will confirm this - but in NZ it is customary amongst gay men to hug and peck on the cheek if you bump into a gay friend or acquaintance you haven't seen for a while.

Pancakes?! Hell yes! I love food. If someone made me breakfast, I'd be all over them. Anyway, kissing is whatever you make of it. You can kiss a lover, but you can kiss a friend.
