Hey Mark, sorry things are so tough right now; what happened to you was a very traumatic event and you need time to deal with it. Seeing a therapist might be a good idea when you are dealing with such a heavy load. That bastard definitely belongs behind bars and hopefully he will get his punishment. Hang in there my friend; you have a lot of support on GBT!

Mark...don't feel stupid - it's only natural that your emotions are all over the place but rest in the knowledge that we on GBT are all here for you and rite behind you (oooh !) You have good friends who love you - and we all have arguments from time to time - you are just feeling very vulnerable at this time which is understandable.Keep your spirits up and we will be thinking of you and in our prayers tonite.....lol AJ and Bry xxxx

Dont feel stupid at all babe .We all need time out at some stage as Andy already said. I here yr returning to Kev and Pauls place so thats great news.
