I have no real preference either way. As long as a cock is hard and willing, then that's enough. That said though, being uncut myself, I find it easier handling an uncut cock. Cut cocks have to be treated slightly differently, especially if using hand stimulation and I tend to worry that I may be doing something wrong and causing discomfort rather than pleasure.
