I'm curious to know what prompted your question in the first place. I agree that just holding another guy's cock while he pees is slightly unusual behaviour unless he has some physical reason for not being able to do it himself. Although it's far from being the strangest thing I've heard of. If the guy needing to pee has some physical reason for needing assistance, then it is perfectly reasonable. If I encountered somebody in such a predicament then I would be willing to help.
@ hotdong8. I'm uncut and my experience is the exact opposite of your statement. I always pull the skin back or there's no knowing where the jet will go!

If you're uncut, you don't tend to pull back the skin to piss. In fact foreskin gives you better control over the direction of the jet. I always find cut guy sprinkle when they tinkle :) They should sit down to pee.
