I just watched the movie Total Eclipse (1995) with Leonardo Decaprio in it. I had never heard of this movie before. A friend told me about it and suggested we watch it this evening. I was simply amazed that as young as he was and as early in his acting career he was so damn good! I wont spoil it by telling you the storyline before you get a chance to see it for yourself, it's worth the time to watch though.

I've never seen it. He gets naked in it? Gawwwd how I loved him when I was a kid. We're about the same age (he's a little bit older than me). I adored him right up until The Beach. I fell in love with him (in a manner of speaking) in This Boy's Life with Robert de Niro. That's a good movie too. He's a great actor. So much more than just a pretty face.

It is a very good movie. I wonder if they have come out with an HD version? I remember hitting the pause button to see his (all too brief) full frontal.

Thanks for that. It was the same year he did The Quick and the dead i see and a few years before Titanic. I also see that River Phoenix was meant to play the role but died before it was made.
