One year ago today i came out. I came out only to a few people who really matter to me so far, but even so everything has changed from my point if view. All in all i have to say it was worth it .. because i am worth it - WE ARE worth it... And YES It is still Fun to be me:)

THanks NIck and thanks everyone, its been quite a journey this year. Today i started by talking about what I want for the future and realised that I have already come so far... for years I was afraid to come out and say what i feel, but now i feel much better that i have said whoat i feel and who i am, its not so scarey when you get started on the path to being the person you truly want to be.

Thanks so much guys, friends are important to us all. I try to be a good friend, i am not on here all the time though, i dont always read the blogs, lol i dont always read my emails! But i will give what i can and i place importance in trust. Tomorrow is another important day for me it feels a bit scarey too lol

Happy anniversary Russ! :) You were my first REAL, trustworthy friend here at GBT. You are always so supportive to me and everyone. We've been good friends from months before you cam out. It has been heart warming watching you grow and grow, successfully facing challenge after challenge with courage and determination as they confronted you. I admire you Russ. You're an awesome guy who has made a positive difference in your own life and has been a positive influence in my life and in our GBT community. You're a wonderful example for all of us to follow. I made some real friends here this last year, not virtual, not pretend, not fake .... just realy nice people. Sure there were some selfish ones and nutters too ..... but if I found just one diamond in the dust, then it has been worth it.. I have found much more than one diamond though.. much more..
