Pain after ejaculation

For the past couple of months i have been getting a bad pain in the lower part of my shaft after ejaculation. I t starts almost instantly and last a few hours at least. I'm waiting for an appointment with the Urologist, just wondering if any one here has had or has the same problem.

Hmmm...yes possibly the prostate gland...really, you should consult a urologist.

Interesting about the standing at work I wonder if you had a small Hernia at some stage.

Oh, hey. Go see your primary care doctor now if you haven't done so. Most of the time these guys can diagnose and treat such issues and then you wouldn't have to be miserable at work for another 8.5 weeks. They could refer for your a testicular ultrasound, which is probably what you should have done first anyway before even seeing a urologist.

It may be very helpful if you could attend your local hospital for advice whilst waiting to see your doctor, at least you'll be getting some guidance and peace of mind. All good wishes.

You have a spermatocele or a vericocele. Need to wear whitey tighties that hold your nuts in closer to your body. Try a sits bath in warm water. Read about them on wikipedia. If it continues, you might consider a surgical fix.

CHeers guys some good advise, The problem started with painfull urinating (Thats been over a year) antibiotics did nothing so ive been refered to urologist. The pain isnt just after ejaculation but the same after standing at work (usually after 1st couple of hours. Thanks for link superralfy.

Year i thought a UTI but then thought he hasnt said about Urination.
His normal doctor would have picked that up and given him Antibiotics

A UTI would hurt during urination, bring about a fever, and cause back pain in the area where your kidneys are. If you are experiencing pain during urination and/or ejaculation, it's possible it is something that could be wrong with your prostate. UTI is urinary tract infection....I just hope that when dd80 finally gets to see a physician that the doctor won't say 'You should have come in to see me earlier."

Might be a UTI - poor system to take so long for and examination. Try seeking help elsewhere or another doctor, perhaps.

There have been times when I have jacked off and cum so hard that I have had a charlie horse in my abs. Nothing like you are describing but it was painful to the extreme and hurt for weeks everytime I came after that like a pulled muscle.
