Davey/mike sorry not 13 months old.... 07 and 08 2013 is not old if you read the comments. Chris has never responded here and maybe its time HE deleted it as only HE can huh? I commented 08/13 and you Davey 07/13 so what you ragging on me for???

I don't look at the dates if a blog surface to the top I comment on it, not my doing...it's up to the poster to remove old blogs bud!

you logged on two days ago ...talk to someone..never give up its se;fish think what your actions would do to family and friends...always seek help ..it does get better if you talk to some one.

chris , please get help . dont feel alone. millions of people go through depression .

very sad that a 19 y/o has to put himself thru all this. life isnt easy. life comes in kitform. you have to build it up from the bottom. there are no instructions and you ask people for help now and again. good luck and stay positive

Posts like these are so heartbreaking to read. I've experienced a lot of depression and I know what kind of hell it feels like. Some people can experience enormous amounts of adversity and tragedy in life and come out of it finding happiness and become even stronger. Others seem to not be able to function because of things most other people would perceive as common events in life everyone goes through. The difference is brain chemistry. Some of us just don't produce enough of the brain chemicals that give people a sense of well-being and happiness. That's why so many depressed people abuse drugs and alcohol. They only feel happiness when using and understandably they'll choose to use and feel good over living with a constant feeling of hopelessness and despair. Talking to people is very helpful, but for those who find that even therapy doesn't make them feel any better, it could be as simple as going to a doctor and getting on a good anti-depressant. They aren't the answer for everyone and they may take a lot of experimenting to get the right one and the right dose. Sometimes they are overprescribed and they don't mean one shouldn't work on having a healthy self-dialog and figuring out spiritual, psychological and philosophical solutions as well, but for some it can literally save lives. Anyone feeling so sad that they're at the point of suicide, should try to look objectively at their situation if that's even possible, and determine whether or not their situation really is so hopeless that there is no possibility that they can ever have any chance of doing something fullfilling or worthwhile in the future. It's difficult to think of many situations where that is case. Unless one is sitting on death row and run out of appeals or has an illness where they have only days to live, then maybe try talking to a physician or psychiatrist and telling them exactly what one is feeling. There is help readily available and it's much easier than doing something that could leave one physically damaged or cause even more pain to others. Too many young gay people have been lost to suicide who are desperately needed in the lgbt communities. Imagine how much richer the world would be if all those people were still with us.

SUICIDE IS NEVER AN ANSWER..TALK TO SOMEONE..IT IS A VERY SERIOUS BUT SELFISH ACT.IN YOUR NEED TO SOLVE YOUR PAIN.....IMAGINE THE PAIN YOU CAUSE TO YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES,,.....ALWAYS SEEK HELP IF YOU ARE DEPRESSED..TALK TO SOME ONE

YOU ARE A WONDERFUL PERSON AND NEED TO REALIZE IT..THERE IS LOTS OF LOVE OUT THEIR ..HAPPY TO TALK TO YOU..WE ALL HAVE GOOD DAYS AND BAD ONES..WE MUST LEARN TO LET THE THINGS WE CANT CHANGE SLIDE OFF OUR BACKS.....AND CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO CHANGE THE THINGS WE CAN....THE SECRET IS LEARNING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO!

GET SOME HELP..YOU AREN'T CRAZY TO THINK WHAT YOU DO..BUT GETTING THE SHIT OF YOUR CHEST HELPS IMMENSELY!

OMG I didn't' know that....:( Poor Johnny, even though I didn't know him that well. But davey, you are right, I value my life more now and I am living this life one day at a time. For those wanting to try suicide, don't. If you have that support system around you, then you know you are loved and cared by people...plus, you have people that you can tell anything to.

I just went looking for this Blog again and saw Johnnys last message on these Blogs Below.
He took his Life about 6 days later. Even as he was going thro his last days on Earth he still
was offering to Help Chris out. As we know Chris is still with us today and is Happy and visits
these blogs more often now. Its sad to think that Johnny may have read the comments
from Oldaforyounger who had no Sympathy for Chris what soever.
We always should remember that SUICIDE is a serious subject and simple words can hurt
deeply for those who are losing the will to live anymore. Rest in Peace Johnny....
