I've always been of the opinion that whatever two consenting adults, regardless of who they are and what their relationship is, do in private is nobody else's business but theirs - especially not the state's. The key phrase here is "consenting adults". It would be rather hypocritical of me to condemn or criminalize other people's private sexual practices when the sexual practices of gay men were once criminalized. Only up until recently I could have been thrown in jail in Texas for fucking another man. The prohibition of incest comes out of the heterosexual world where it's roots go back to biblical times where women were considered property. The patriarch owned the mother and daughters and the sons better not mess with his property. When Lot fled Sodom with his wife and 3 daughters and his wife was turned into a pillar of salt, what did Lot do? He fucked his 3 daughters - no problem at all like it was a perfectly natural thing for him to do and he had every right. There is, however, a legitimate, practical reason for the prohibition against incest and that is eugenics - see: Deliverance - kid with banjo. But with modern contraception, that problem is easily avoided. So my bottom line on the topic is that I won't tell you who you can and can't have sex with if you don't tell me who I can and can't have sex with. As long as two people want each other and they are consenting adults and happy together, then they should have each other without any criticism or interference of others. If it works for them then they should go for it.

Of all the many types of incest, the only one vaguely acceptable is probably between consenting brothers or cousins of similar age and even then, there are most likely going to be issues later in life. Boys are always going to play sexual games with one another whether they are brothers or not, so even calling it incest is drawing a long bow.
