I know how you feel. A friend once told me you should never apologize for the way you are. If people are looking to get angry towards you they are going to do it no matter the circumstances. I try to remember when posting blogs to say what I feel because in a way blogs help to put whats in your heart on words. Blogs make it tangible, where you can look at it and say "There it is. I can move on." -Danny

There is a difference between being down and depressed and wanting to get something off your chest and WHINING. I personally get down at times myself. I know I sound like a gruff son of a bitch, but I have had a lot of bad shit happen in my life and I live alone and sometimes I get depressed and need someone to talk to also. A WHINER (who I cannot stand) is a person who whines about the same problem over and over and never ever lifts a finger to improve the situation. For example 9 years ago my 6 yr old granddaughter was kidnapped raped and murdered, my son found the guy beat him half to death and broke his back. Spent 4 years in the prison in Marion Illinois for attempted murder (Mitigating circumstances) My wife and I stood together through everything then I lost her to cancer in 2009. I've got a lot to be depressed about but I get up every morning and I volunteer on the missing childrens hotline, I did the 5k Breast cancer walk and I do what I can in the community. You cant let the bad things in your life define who you are. Take them and use them as a focus to make something good happen.

Hi Tom,As you can see below,you dont need to be Anxious about expressing your feelings on
these blogs because most members will only be too happy to help you out and give advice.
It would be nice to think that we should all be positive and happy,but as we know the world
doesnt work like that and thank God we have sites like this to get things off our chest and
meet like minded friends and people that care about others xo david

Tom, theres no need to say your sorry, you feel how you feel, not everyone here at gbt is happy and upbeat, there are some that do share your feelings and emotions ...if you feel like shouting .. shout.. if you feel like complaining.. complain.. many here including me are with you and as arick1993 rightly says talking is one of the best ways to start to deal with them ..

Don't let a few people suppress your need to express yourself. Talking about your emotions is one of the best ways to deal with them. And there are plenty of people here who probably share your feelings.
