The user fabio1232008 has a album intitled "Hot teens" which has baltent Child Porn in it even as far as a sceen cap from a clear cp video, and the user scottishot thanked him for it.

this is not just a name and shame its a acutal question why have these people still got accounts here? they should be banned

the uploading, downloading, viewing, exchanging, of any pics with nude content under 18, or appear under 18 is illegal. Pics of under age (18) non nude/nonsexual are perfectly legal

the issue of age of consent is about sexual relations not pics or vids here, age of consent is not necessarily 16 it varies from state to state in USA, and country to country. be sure in your country you are sure.

The legal age of gay consent is 16 in the UK but the legal age to appear in something pornographic on the internet is 18 still. Its a grey area but everything on this site should really be 18 just to be 100% safe. Nick does a fantastic job with this free site, it must be difficult. Have you ever thought of having moderators? Some of the people who use this site often and in the right manner could be good assets to help you Nick.

"heck i don't think that a 16, 17 year old is a child" maybe nopt is some courtys but the point is in the U.S and the UK it is still illigal, however since there is no way to tell the younger ones need to be flaged to let Nick18 make a informed decision for the good of the site

I think that Nick18 is at the greatest risk when any member posts photos or videos of underage boys. If you want to upload a video or a photo and there is even a slight doubt that the subject is of legal age, then don't do it. If you come across a photo or video here that is of somebody you think is underage, Flag it and let Nick18 deal with it.

It's really not a matter of opinion. It's a matter of what's legal. As this site is international, you would have to go with the oldest legal age, 18. You probably couldn't tell if a guy was 16, 17 or 18 without seeing his ID. That's impossible here, so if a boy looks underage, you would have to assume he is. There seem to be plenty of pix of legal guys. The loss of those that appear underage should be nothing to get pissed off about.

i think most of u guys complaining have issues most of the porn that is on here are questionable however i seriuos doubt they are. what amazes me is that u go thru there stuff with that thought in mind. so of course u are going to assume they have some. the bttm line is this if u don't like what u see don't freaking look. u have what u are into and they have what they are into. PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG. if a child is really and truly on here and i mean a child. heck i don't think that a 16, 17 year old is a child.

You're kidding right? That's hysterical. For the same reason that the sad zero who runs this site, who's close to invisible, has left my ID intact after I reported him to asacp for refusing to remove ILLEGAL UNDERAGE Storm Lefron cams that had his real name on them. It took forever, and he finally did. Okay, he was probably 17, not 11. And B. Corrigan was 17 in those early vids on here. And all the Golden Boys are probably 15-17 range, not PTHC. And the Roman Hysek/Man's Best that were banned like Sperma All Over are probably the same teen bracket. But the law is the law, isn't it? Skip the response, refusing to remove videos with an underage performer's real name, after he gets on here and pleads and states how it has ruined his life, is a first class fucking animal. He/it is a creature beneath my contempt. Reminds me of the 12 chan clowns, damn did they get ugly in banning people. Guess what they found on them, why they all vanished?

can't u ban people who post explicit child porn like bensmithy is talking about. i can understand why some people might post a young clothed boy but it takes a sicko to post young boys being exploited sexually.

Other frequent posters of CP images are yiking and wildwestberlin among others. Not whole albums necessarily, but even 1 image of an obviously underage boy is too many. I flag 1 or 2. It gets to be too much to flag every image, so I hope a flagged image calls attention to the probability that there are more CP images in a set.
