I am a newbie and have asked others for help, herein is their input and I post here hoping to help others. Thanks to all who have or will contribute here!
Stars/Rating
The rating stars r the yellow 1s under everyone's name on their page; if u go to my wall/page and hover the cursor over the yellow stars under my name using ur mouse, the farthest left star is for '1 star' the farthest right is for '5 stars'; just left click on the star/rating you choose; thanx!
Music
As for adding music, there 2 that are pretty easy to work with:
http://www.podsnack.com/ is good if you want to add a particular song or songs to your page/wall/site
http://boystownlive.com/widget.html is a widget that u'll see on many pages here; its a 24/7 dance music station that plays whenever any1 is on your wall

sized fonts ?
for a full sized pic for a background in Pimp my profile.
Here is the code to add the Boys Town Live player to your page....you paste it in your 'about me' box on the 'edite profile' page:
Lukehands, don't you mean under the BANNER tab, you select from one of the options there ?
I tried to upload a picture to use as a banner/background (using the IMAGE and UPLOAD button line) but got no error and no upload after clicking on the upload button.
If u want a different player with ur own customized music let me know. It's a little more difficult but not that hard....I'll ask others to send u directions and walk u through it.
Background:
To add a background....find a background on the net, copy the code and paste it in the 3rd box called 'fav sex catagories' and click on the 'save preferences' tab.
Don't forget...if u have ur main page open in a different window from the edit profile window, every time u make a change in ur edit profile page u need to refresh the other window, for the change to show up.
