i have click link to glbt national help center on me profile and also the toll free numbers for all including youth hotline and online help. i already post to much about me, but say open i take meds for long time and best one is celexa or it new version lexapro. if anyone have sexual abuse in past, it help stop bad dreams and reexperiences. so much like test rat for years. finally just take celexa and abilify for my asd.

We all have our down days - being down is much different than depression. That's an illness that is serious but very treatable. Get some advice and seek professional help if you feel you truely have depression. As far as down days go, "You can not have mountains without also having valleys." unknown but true
